Responsibilities:
- Manage Daily Operations:
Oversee the smooth functioning of the internet cafe, including computer usage, printing, scanning, and assisting customers with technical issues.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment for patrons.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and manage petty cash.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock supplies (printer paper, ink cartridges, etc.).
- Promotions and Marketing: Develop strategies to attract more customers.
- Security: Ensure equipment security and protect customer data.

Qualifications:
- Computer literacy and familiarity with cafe equipment.
- Adaptability, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Fast learner and self-driven.
- Age preference: 24-28.
- Starting salary: R3000 - R4000.
- Immediate availability.
